Standalone Controllers

Cerebellum Automation provides ready to use controllers for most common motion control applications where high throughput, robustness, low cost and fast implementation is an asset.
Because these controllers are dedicated to and optimized for one particular application, only a few parameters are necessary to adapt them to your machine, making them truly easy to use.

Collating Unit Controller

Collating units are usually used at the end of packaging lines. They provide a small buffer and allow to group product (e.g. candies) that come one by one so that they can be picked multiple at a time by the robot to be put in a bigger package (e.g. box).
The collating unit consists of 2 motors each driving one train of pocket.
