Standard Hardware Components

In order to implement top notch applications, we decided to concentrate on a few platforms that we can masterize. Cerebellum elected to work on Adept Technology boards:

- MotionBlox40 (see brochure in English or French)

4 Axis Integrated Motion Controller and Amplifiers

The MotionBlox40 is ideal for true robot control: It integrates 4 amplifiers and the controller in a single package and has therefore a very low total cost per axis. In addition its tight integration allows for advanced cross-axis compensation. Finally, the MotionBlox40 provides state of the art safety features and its OEM packaging allows to directly integrate it in the chassis of the robot.

4- or 6-Axis Integrated Motion Controller and Amplifiers

The MotionBlox40-L and MotionBlox60-L are designed to be mounted into an electrical cabinet. Only their packaging is different from the MotionBlox40. The MotionBlox60-L is the 6-axis version in exactly the same packaging as the MotionBlox40-L.

Motion Controller 6 Axes avec variateurs intégrés

The MotionBlox60-HP is the High Power version: up to 9 kW total and up to 60 A per motor.

Single Axis Integrated Motion Controller and Amplifier

The MotionBlox10 is identical to the MotionBlox40 except it is a single axis version. It is perfectly suited for true distributed control and remote axis control.

- sMI6 (see brochure in English or French)

For customers who want to use 3rd party amplifiers, the sMI6 is the perfect choice, giving them the power of Cerebellum's platforms and software and the diversity of available amplifier systems.
